PURCHASE POLICY and RETURN/EXCHANGE TERMS
1) Payment must be received within 5 – 10 days of purchase date.
2) Purchases made with Credit Cards and Bank Checks, will be shipped within
3 days after payment and approval is received.
3) Purchases with Personal Checks will have a time of CLEARANCE before purchase
will be sent. In the case of a RETURN CHECK a FEE of $30.00 will be added to
the total price due and a money order or Bank Check will have to be issued
to replace it.
A FULL Purchase price including Shipping is required for all “Show Case” Dolls shown for sale.
A FULL Purchase price including Shipping is required for all Greenware orders. Orders will not be started with out full payment.
A 25% amount of the purchase price deposit is required within 5-10 days of ordering a “Special Order” Doll. THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE once the Doll is STARTED. And FULL PAYMENT & CLEARANCE BEFORE it is SHIPPED.
All orders for the “Show Case “Dolls will be shipped with-in 3 days of cleared
payment.
Greenware will be shipped with-in approx. 3-weeks after clearance of payment,
possibily sooner.
All “Special Orders” will be started in the order that I receive them and
may take approx. 3 months (or sooner) to complete, especially Portrait Dolls…
RETURNS
With-in 24 HOURS of receiving your order PLEASE examine your purchase for
any possible shipment DAMAGE and Your Satisfaction. Any problem please

RETURNS (continued)
If your SFGW is broken in shipment simply call us with-in 24 HOURS and we
will arrange for a free replacement. S/H will be charged for replacements.
After two replacements your parts will be Porcelain Fired before sent and
the cost will be past on to you. Please keep the original package for possible
returns and UPS often likes to see the problem.
**I DO NOT REPLACE PIECES YOU HAVE BROKEN IN CLEANING OR BROKEN DURING FIRING.***
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchase Please contact
us within 24 HOURS of receipt. Remember the order is done to your requests
and Photos available to see before you order any of the Show Case Dolls.
We Do Not Refund, ONLY Exchange if necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: on SPECIAL ORDERS there will be NO REFUNDS OR EXHANGES. PLEASE
contact me on any returns for “Return shipping instruction”. Any Return Shipment
breakage will not be refunded.
